The State University of New York at Buffalo created a video in support of the You Can Play Project. Located in Buffalo, NY the Bulls are a division one member of the NCAA and a member of the MAC conference. The Bulls have a history of defending inclusion in sports. In 1958 the team unanimously rejected an invitation to play in the Tangerine bowl upon finding out that the school district hosting the game had banned integrated games.
The legacy of inclusion lives on in Buffalo where “We embrace our differences, and recognize what makes us different is what makes us great.”
