Kent State University has created a video for the You Can Play Project. The video stars several student athletes from their various athletic programs, along with Athletic Director (Joel Nielsen) and University President, Beverly Warren. This video is the result of a combined effort between the athletics department, campus LGBTQ Center, the university communications and marketing department. Kent State is committed to its diverse community of students through inclusive excellence. This also applies to their athletics programs, where they embrace student athletes from all backgrounds and sexual orientations.
