This year Jon Cornish broke his own Canadian rushing record with a Canadian Football League high of 1813 yards, on top of 2157 yards from scrimmage and 14 touchdowns.
After a year that saw him named the CFL’s outstanding player, Cornish has won the Lou Marsh Memorial Trophy – he’s Canada’s top athlete. It’s been 44 years since a CFL player was named Canada’s best athlete.
Cornish is a native of New Westminster, BC and an alumnus of the University of Kansas.
