Douglas College teamed up with the You Can Play Project to promote equality in sports. Located in New Westminster, British Columbia, the Royals have a student body of over 26,000 including 1,400 international students. They are a member of the Pacific Western Athletic Association, and wear the colors black, green, and silver.
In their video the Royals state “Here at Douglas college we celebrate the diversity of our student athletes: at Douglas we encourage you to be your unique self, no matter who you are, where you’re from, or who you love.”
