The Bryant University Bulldogs become the first school in the Northeast Conference to join the You Can Play Project in an effort to promote inclusion in sports.

Appearing in the video are Athletic Director Bill Smith, Beth Wandyes (Assoiciate Athletic Director of Compliance/SWA, Ross Crist (Director of Intramural & Club Sports) Shaunessy Saucier (Head Field Hockey Coach), Theresa Garlacy (Head Volleyball Coach), Chris Burns (Director of Basketball Operations), Molly Martuscello (Softball Manager), Molly Smith (Women’s Swimming/Diving), Katie Restuccia (Field Hockey), Amy Weinberg, Aubrey Mable (Softball), Regan Marin (Women’s Soccer), Ryan Stone (Men’s Soccer) Kara Walsh, Adam Malone, Peter Thorp (Cross Country and Track& Field) Jana Kmec, Alexandria Clyburn (Volleyball), Jessica Vickers(Women’s Tennis), Ernesto Aguello (Men’s Tennis), Jordan Harris (Football), Dyami Starks (Men’s Basketball).

The You Can Play video debuted at the year-end athletic awards banquet where out softball team manager Molly Martuscello, who spearheaded the video effort, spoke on the project: “We want all of our athletes at Bryant to know they are supported and celebrated for their athletic abilities. Because if you can play, you can play.”

The video was written by Martuscello and produced by director of new media Peter Estes. Founded in 1863, Bryant University is located in Smithfield, Rhode Island.
