Norris Trophy finalist and Nashville Predators captain Shea Weber and Montreal Canadiens All-Star goalie Carey Price speak up on behalf of LGBT athletes. Weber is a three-time NHL All-Star. A native of Sicamous, BC, Weber has spent his entire NHL career with the Predators. The all-star defenseman also won an Olympic gold medal with Team Canada in 2010. Price, a native of Anahim Lake, BC, is a two-time All-Star goaltender. Price was the Canadiens’ first choice – 5th overall – in the 2005 NHL entry draft.
